Dhal Anglada is an Editor at LearningTimes.org. Before joining LearningTimes, Dhal was the university-wide Instructional Designer at Pace University, where he was based in The Center for Teaching, Learning and Technology, which he co-founded to offer support to faculty and students in a rapidly changing learning environment.

Dhal has worked extensively at both the programmatic level and with individual faculty to develop effective instructional approaches, with a special emphasis on the integration of technology into the learning process. He has developed numerous faculty development programs to help educators enhance their online and hybrid instruction.

Dhal also specializes in moving degree-granting programs online, and is currently working with leading institutions of higher learning to design, launch, market and sustain new online degree offerings in a variety of disciplines.

Dhal, who has spoken at several industry conferences, is an Advisory Board Member of LearningTimes. Dhal holds an MS in Counseling, and an MEd which he completed completely online.
